Measure your hand around your knuckles (excluding
the thumb) see picture below. That measurement is your glove size. Remember,
hand measurement is the key measurement. (These tips are meant to be a guideline

Tips about how Wrist gloves fit in the arm:
Generally our gloves measure about 10 inches from tip of middle finger
to the top.
- Most women wear S, M, or L, with
M being the most common.
- Most men wear M, L, or XL, with Large being the
most common.
Tips about how Elbow gloves fit in the arm: Generally
our gloves measure about 22" from tip of middle finger to the top. Around
the top, the unstretched measurement of the Small is about 10.5 inches,
Medium about 11.5 inches, Large about 12 inches, and XL about 12.5 inches.
- Most women wear S, M, or L, with
M being the most common.
- Most men wear M, L, or XL, with Large being the
most common.

our gloves measure about 26" from tip of middle finger to the top. Around
the top, the unstretched measurement of the Small is about 8 inches, Medium
about 9 inches, Large about 10 inches, and XL about 11 inches.

- Small size fits VERY tight on top of arm.
